⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an outstanding experience at this BRIGHT NOW DENTAL in Moreno Valley and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient, which immediately put me at ease. The Bright Now dental team was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The dentist was knowledgeable, gentle, and truly attentive, which made a huge difference. The office itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the appointment ran right on time. Leticia went over everything really well with me on what I can do and what I should do. I appreciate the thoroughness and carness for the patient.

I was called back 30 min after my appointment time and one of the older receptionist was speaking so loud the whole receptionist area can hear her complain she wanted to go home and she was sick. It felt unprofessional and the assistant who took my X-rays was very good. He was fast and nice. The Dentist was ok and he was only there for my check up for five minutes. He didn’t measure my gums but told me I needed a deep cleaning, root canal, crown, and three other fillings. I had sensitive teeth on an area he didn’t even say had an issue. I am going to get a second opinion.

AVOID this place at all cost, they left my mom wit half work done, they dropped her due to the "insurance" this and that, instead of giving her choises of what can be done. my mom cant eat, lost so much weight due to all the ground down teeth they left her with, soar, sensitive with cold and hot, and the run around is rediculouse, not to mention the wrong fitment of teeth when she went back to get the crouns put in. my dentist has confirmwd the bad work done that should of never taken place. They have the worst service and are not profesional. impatient, no empathy for strugling patients, rude.
