I would like to share my negative experience. During my regular dental appointment, the girl at the front desk (not the girl with the pink keyboard the other one with braces) was rude and asked, "Here for braces?" before I could even say hi. My teeth are crowded, and this comment seemed unnecessary, especially given my smile as I entered the office. I got there for my 10AM appointment on time, but I waited well over an hour to actually see the dentist. If you're scheduled for Saturday good luck! The excuse they gave was that only one dentist and assistant were available, despite me seeing over 6 people there for appointments, AND they asked me to move my appointment from 2PM to 10AM a few days before my appointment. Unfortunately, I started a long procedure (implant) with them and have already paid or I would not return. I already have 2 implants and received my temporary crown on the same day. With Brident, I have to see a specialist (who is only there once a month). I also have to wait 3 months before getting my crown. On month 3 the specialist called out and I was going to have to wait 3.5 weeks. From here the scheduling people just screwed around with my appointment dates and times (giving and taking and switching, etc.). I was finally given an appt on a Monday (although they aren't open on Mondays), and I specifically asked if they were sure someone was going to be there, because they aren't open on Mondays. ⭐ If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This place is an absolute joke. I went in on Black Friday with a real emergency, needing a tooth extraction. Even though I was in severe pain, they scheduled me for the following Tuesday. I showed up, and all they did was take some pointless X-rays “for a diagnosis.” No extraction, no real help. Then on Tuesday, just 10 minutes before my appointment, the receptionist called to CANCEL on me, claiming they needed to “check my insurance.” She gave me another number, I called, and they scheduled me for today, Wednesday December 3rd, specifically for the extraction. This location is one of my favorite places to visit the front desk rep Lilly is very sweet explains everything and answers my questions. The manager Norma is very attentive and makes sure that I’m taking care off with any concerns I might have. This two ladies are a great team they work very well together they always brident my day when I go visit, keep up the good job

Don’t come here if you need Dentures. My parents started the process in March and it’s now October and what they got is worse than if they were to get them on Temu. They charged $3000 to medical and my parents payed out of pocket a few hundred dollars. The office Manager is useless.
