probably the worst dentist experience ever point blank. first time i scheduled an appointment for 9:30 just for it to be canceled due to the doctor having an emergency which is fine, but then i booked another one for monday at 1:30 just for me to come and they tell me theres a 2-3 hour wait due to them being short staffed. So i leave and come back at approximately 3:30pm and i still waited and they called in people who came in after me. dnt even know what to say, genuinely just the worst dentist experience. the workers were clearly just lacking, didn't care, and didnt even atleast try to move a little quicker.

This has been by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. From the very beginning, the office has been disorganized and unprofessional. Appointments are scheduled, yet when I arrive, I’m told I’m not on the calendar or the appointment has been canceled without any phone call, text, or email notification. What makes this even more frustrating is that I am paying out of pocket monthly for services that are not being provided. I am consistently charged, yet appointments either don’t happen or are mishandled. That is unacceptable. Patients deserve clear communication, accountability, and respect especially when we are paying for ongoing care. I am extremely disappointed in how this office operates and would not recommend them based on my experience.

Do not choose this place for orthodontic care. They are unorganized and overpriced. You almost can never get in touch with the front desk, only the customer care line. Billing isn’t straightforward at all. Appointments will be scheduled but will get cancelled randomly or you show up and they say you never had an appointment. And then they have the nerve to charge thousands more than other clinics. Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible for both me & my son . They REFUSED to give my son a basic cleaning bc of a balance on my account when we have 2 different insurances & I have good insurance and did nothing except basic cleanings which should have been covered and they refuse to even contact my insurance. Even in terms of orthodontic treatment I inquired about they wanted to remove half my teeth & not do Invisalign when I found another provider (Anthony Patel) to do Invisalign w/o removing teeth… and was HONEST and upfront about any payments I’d have to make unlike Brident. This dentist is overall terrible , not accommodating and doesn’t care about its customers even when they’re children.

If I could give no stars I would. We walked in around 3:45pm had an appointment for 4pm 12/29/25 to look at a severe tooth infection and possible tooth extraction. Upon walking in customers were complaining that they have been there for over 3 hours after their appointment time and still haven't been seen. I asked the receptionist what the likelihood of being seen today was as their hours state they close at 6pm and was told there were 6 other people ahead of us. We cancelled the appointment and walked out. This place horribly lacks in the way they communicate with their patients and I would not recommend them to anyone for their dental needs. Brident needs to do better about the half assed response of reaching out to their management and fix the issues with their staff and how they conduc
