BREATHE EASY RESPIRATORY

This place does not listen to patient concerns and does not return phone calls when they say they will. Do not go out of the way to get appropriate equipment based on other health issues and age. They claim then sell inogen oxygen equipment but cannot get Rove 4, no explanation.

The billing department is scamming and taking advantage of their customers. When you the customer service they state the accounts are confusing and talk in circles. They continue to double bill accounts and have issues sending out statements the customer should have to have documentation of what they are being charged for . They are dismissive of reoccurring concerns despite them acknowledging they can not make sense of the account.

The service at the facility was fantastic but the billing is a joke. They processed my insurance using the wrong ID number and erroneously charged me hundreds of dollars and simply refuse to refund my money even though i have a credit on my account and my insurance company has paid for everything in full. I have called them at least ten times in the past two months and they have said the refund was coming multiple times but it never does. I highly recommend using a different company for your cpap needs so you don’t experience the same issues I have.

Look i understand this whole situation gotta wait for the insurance to accept it to get my CPAP this is literally getting annoying makes me wanna go elsewhere! They messed up my stuff the firstime after they had me already scheduled smh! Then turned around had to re-due everything again iam getting tired either contact me and get me scheduled or i will go elsewhere! Because i am literally having issues sleep!!! This isn't me stop playing with my health and let's get this rolling!

My experience with Breathe Easy was amazing. They were compassionate, communicated well with me, informative and prompt. I highly recommend them.
