Dr. Marion and his Nurse Practitioner, Nick, were phenomenal. Unfortunately, the clinical staff on the other end were horrible. They never respond to voicemails or emails, and when I finally do receive a response—which is usually after I post a review—I'm told, “I didn’t see your portal message come through.” If that’s truly the case, then why was the front desk always able to respond promptly? Thankfully, I changed providers, and I will not be recommending this office unless Dr. Marion and Nick hire better clinical staff.

I'm a former patient of Dr Petrozza, Dr Marion took over his practice when Dr Petrozza retry retired. Dr Petrozza's physician assistant came over with Dr Marion, Nicole Eaton was a very thorough physician assistant. She left the practice and I was very sad to see her go. There have been two physician assistants after Nicole Eaton, neither of the physician assistants would check the breathing and check for tenderness in my stomach. I recently had a colonostomy, the person I was sent to to set up the date and time, Keisha Connor, couldn't print out the information on the printer when I originally met with her. When I first met Dr. Marion I was impressed at his thoroughness and caring. My opinion has changed recently for, what to me, are very good reasons. I had an EGD/Colonoscopy done with Dr. Marion in early February. Things went well with the procedures, but I was not given a follow-up appointment. Ok, I thought I would simply reach out via the patient portal to have some questions answered. I emailed his office through the portal the end of March. I never received a response. I called his office, not once, but twice before I got a response to my email written a month earlier. Ok, I thought perhaps it was a case of dropping through the cracks, or a technical glitch. Had my pre-procedure appt with staff of Dr. Marion in Statesville. From intake to meeting with his NP to his scheduler/educator, I was so very pleased with their professionalism and the time they took to address my questions. Won’t meet Dr Marion until procedure day, but based on the impressive attentiveness and competence of his staff, I am feeling very confident. Thank you all!

Called with two episodes right at almost a year since my colonospy and chest swell regurgitation of blood. Advised by primary to go to er... i did they gave me iv blood pressure to the roof. And ironically she wanted me on blood pressure meds since then my left chest,neck throat head swollen pain in throat sinuses eye infection all they do is perscribe gerd meds which work now primary wouldnt refill because i backlashed why two anti depressants? I believe i had seratonin syndrome and still do. Loved me while colonospy thrown to the litteral wolves by him and my primary.
