Families Beware! This care facility does not keep good records and apparently has no concern for HIPPA privacy laws or the people in their care. I have received numerous calls to my phone leaving messages that my mother has had various accidents. My mother is not in their care! My message clearly states who I am and it should be clear they have the wrong party, yet they continue to divulge medical information about the poor woman. In case the message isn't clear I have called them back and informed them that they have the wrong contact information. A month or two later I received another call, and again explained that they have the wrong family contact and that if it were my family member I would think it very important that they make an effort to update their records. Today I received a patient from this facility for an appointment. He was dressed in a Hospital grown. He smelled and there was feces on his wheel chair. It’s sad that a Facility would send a patient out this way. State will be notified

Under new management and it's a great place.
