Walgreens Pharmacy

The staff is good,friendly and helpful. The drive thru is good,however it's broken an d right now you have to stand in a long line sometimes to get meds. This is the second time that I have experienced the broken drive through window. Not good.

Every time I call and order prescription 3 days later it's not ready they don't even start on it and then when they tell you it'll be the next day by 11:00 you go to pick it up at 11:00 and they say sorry it's not ready yet. This company sucks their service sucks and certainly their prices are not the best.

Pinellas county Walgreens was my go to store for many years. They had everything I needed every time I visited. I had to go elsewhere , order online etc. Now after the pharmacy I was going to us closed , I return to Walgreens here and it's the same great customer service, affordable products , and timely prescription refills and pharmacy assistance.

The one is Starke is pretty good, get all my scripts filled there, fast and polite.

There is nothing more demeaning than to be socially profiled...especially, by a (highly educated) member of the professional medical community. Please do not insult my intelligence by integrating the use of the word "policy" in you explanation of blatant discriminatory practices. Refusal to accept/acknowledge (multiple years of) Walgreens own supporting records... as well Physician to Pharmacy- computer direct Rx's. When I contacted PCP and described the events that had just occurred- they phoned immediately. The pharmacist (amazingly) no longer had to adhere to "Walgreen's Policy". She, unapologetically, began to process the order...after publicly humiliating, and speaking to me- as if I were a primary school child.
