⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, organized, and efficient. Sophie was incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate. She made the check-in process smooth and ensured I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Provider Chris was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain my diagnosis and treatment plan. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered with patience and care. I visit this location daily to pick up labs. Jessica and Brandy always are exceptionally pleasant and nice to me. The office and lobby are always clean. I like the Christmas decor they have added, Christmas trees and children's coloring pages up where everyone can see it. I look forward to going in every day and listening as we usually chit chat for couple minutes. There is also a young man who sometimes works with them, cant remember his name, he is just as pleasant to me also.

Opted to book online appt and only waited approximately 10 minutes until taken back to exam room. Unfortunately had to wait several more minutes in the waiting room but still better than most urgent care I’ve visited. NP was knowledgeable, professional and allowed time for questions. RX filled there as it was cheaper than WalMart. I would return for care if ever necessary.

From the minute I entered Mainstreet family care, I was impressed with the easy access to the kiosk and after answering a few questions I was greeted with Brandy coming out to speak to me. It was an excellent experience with the professionalism and support. Both Brandy and Jessica were extremely helpful and kind. I was taken care of well and plan to go there for my healthcare needs. The providers were very efficient, professional and caring. Chris stapled my husband’s head laceration and he did a great job. Jessica removed the staples a week later and was very caring. Brandy went out of her way to correct a clerical error from our first visit and was very thorough. The only negative was that the room had not been “flipped” on our first visit-the paper was still on the table, wrinkled from the previous patient.
