Broken molar. Cant eat and its stabing my cheek and turned away. My whole family has been going to the dentist now for about 8 years. I do not go as often as the rest of my family I called up with a broken molar and they refused to see me because I hadn't been there lately. So here I am with a broken tooth stabbing into the side of my cheek In My Own Dentist is telling me that they're not going to see me until I re-establish myself as a customer. Receptionist was rude and uncaring. Needless to say I will not be re-established myself as a customer and me and the rest of my family will be getting another dentist.

They are always super friendly. I love going there. They are very helpful. I’d recommend them to anyone that ask

I absolutely loved this organization. Dr Nguyen took care of my cavities so well, and was very appealing and relaxing. He also had very good table side manners. Paskal (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was so amazing as well! The front desk was super nice! Overall a great experience when it comes to dentistry. I absolutely will be coming to them for all future needs!

Several bad experiences led me to choose another practice. My hygienists were always great, but they have a rotating door of dentists. One of whom, Dr Nguyen, insisted I get an enamel deformity filled on one of my front teeth, a preventative measure, even though I had it for 25+ years without issue. I eventually gave in, because he seemed very nice (and capable), and it was a hack job. The tooth is not smooth at all, the bond stops part of the way up the tooth with a thick line of demarcation. The back of the tooth feels permanently gritty. I mentioned this before leaving and he said that it was just new to me and I would get used to it. I went home and noticed that he also got rid of a piece of tooth on THE OPPOSITE SIDE, that he had mentioned was creating contact earlier in the appointme
