Bountiful Drug

This place has weird policies, is overpriced, and I’ve never gotten good service from them. Anytime I go in, they act like they’re put out that I am giving them any business. Don’t worry, Bountiful Drug, I will follow your implied advice and always take my business elsewhere and encourage everyone I know to do the same.

Abbey has great customer service but the problem is that the compression socks she sold to me didn’t fit right. She measured my ankle and calf so I thought she knows what she was doing and I just trusted her. I should have tried them before I bought the ones she picked for me but they have a “No returns on Compression Socks” sign so I don’t think they will even let you try them on while at the store otherwise Abbey would have asked me to try them on before purchasing the ones she picked for me after measuring my ankle and calf. When I got home and put one on my left foot, it was very very tight and also did not even go up below my knee, it was 4 inches below my knee. I just wasted $60.00 on a pair of compression socks that don’t fit right. I am not going back to this drug store again.

Lisa, Laura, and Aiden have always been so kind and helpful to work with. I have had nothing but positive experiences since switching to this pharmacy a year ago.

Poor service, terrible experience. The customer service is very bad. In the end, I ended up switching pharmacies.

This pharmacy used to be so great, but they are so disappointing now, so I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Most of the people that work there are young kids and they need lessons in customer service. When I have a question and a tech helps me they seem like they aren't quite sure if what they are telling me is correct. Today I asked for a prescription that I need prior to a vacation and they are telling me that they need 3 business days, which would be Wed/Thurs/Fri. I need to pick it up Saturday, but they are saying 3 business days means Monday. I checked with other pharmacies and they say they can do it by Thursday. I know they have the means to work with me, but they just won't. I won't be going to back to this pharmacy again. Awful.
