I have had more than one client who has gotten custom diabetic shoes here. Customers are always treated with respect and dignity. When needs can be better met elsewhere, appropriate referrals to excellent services have been made by Boston Orthotics. They take their time to help customers access insurance. They follow up to ensure things are going well. They also have high quality shoes and accessories for sale in the store front.
My grandmother has been a patient of Boston Pedorthic for several years, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care she’s received. The diabetic shoes have truly made a difference in her life, helping her walk with greater stability and confidence, while significantly reducing the risk of wounds or complications. We deeply appreciate the dedication and compassion of Eric, Roland, Andre, and Liz. Their commitment to helping those living with diabetes is evident in every interaction.
It might look a bit unorganized when you walk in, but the folks at Boston Pedorthic know what they are doing. I needed custom orthotics and Andre was amazing help. He was patient and thorough in his assessment and took the time to explain what he was trying to accomplish before he hand built my inserts. Once they were complete, he adjusted them multiple times to ensure the fit was right and would address the unique challenges I was having. The follow up visit led him to more careful adjustments to get them just right.
I recently went to Boston pedorthic to purchase shoes. The staff were professional and incredibly friendly. They took the time to carefully assess my needs, ensuring that I was fitted with the perfect pair of shoes. They have an incredibly large inventory of types and brands to choose from. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality footwear and exceptional customer service.
