I had been dealing the neck pain for over a year. An Mri showed a bulging disc in my neck. I had Dr. Kwon perform a cervical disc replacement. The actual surgery was performed at New England Baptist. I was super nervous about it he explained the procedure to me and the whole staff was excellent. It has been almost a weeks since surgery and feeling great. The staff ar BBJI is great and wonderful to deal with. Thank you!

Absolutely top-notch care! I visited BBJI for my lumbar spine and groin pain and the entire experience was excellent. The office was clean, the staff was welcoming and the wait time was minimal. Alexis Mckean and Dan Lococo were very knowledgeable and compassionate, answering all my questions in detail. Alexis took her time to thoroughly checked my lower back. She was very dedicated to what she’s doing. She worked well together with Dan who was meticulously administered a cortisone injection in my groin with no complications. I haven’t had any pain since. Front desk staff were fun, friendly and professional. X-ray team was very fast and efficient. Medical team were very helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend. A+

After tearing my ACL, I did a lot of research on surgeons before deciding on Dr. Miller and her PA Julie at BBJI. They did an excellent job taking care of me pre and post op, and the surgery went perfectly. My PT has remarked several times on how good of a job Dr Miller did based on my incisions (which are as small as they've seen healing remarkably well) and based on my fast rate of recovery. I've already recommended friends to come here and would recommend anyone to pick Dr Miller!

The extent to which there is a lack of any kind of follow up to complaints after surgery is beyond imagination. The rudeness of the front desk is just mind blowing. Do not recommend going through this office. It’s insane how unprofessional these people are

Such a great experience… can’t say enough about every step of my hip replacement journey by Dr Van Flandern and Brian Murphy… and the team at the Baptist Hospital… and VNA home pt!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!! Other advice: do the work… your PT efforts will determine your success!!
