All staff were helpful and polite, ultimately the condition was diagnosed and treatments prescribed. The staff is not supported enough by the administration. Yes, it's the thick of flu season. Only one NP was on duty as the sole practitioner, so despite arriving at the clinic at 9am, my husband was not seen until about 3pm (they did tell us to leave, and come back at 1:30...). I do not blame this on the staff, who were all very helpful! I wish they had more support to care for patients in a timely manner. Maybe the other practitioners were sick as a consequence of treating people like my husband, and I appreciate them. I made an appointment and then still waited two hours for the doctor after seeing the nurse. As I write this I am still waiting and have been since 2pm. (It's 4pm) I understand it's not the doctor's or nurse's faults and is because yall take walk-ins and appointments. I just think there's gotta be a better system to shorten wait times.

I had an appointment at 11:00 and was out at 11:25! That alone was awesome but the nurses were kind; the physician listened and explained thoroughly. Will definitely go back to this clinic.

At check in, I was asked to fill out online information on my phone. The receptionist told me that once I submitted, she would then check me in. I submitted and received notification that zero patients were in front of me. I was the only person in the waiting room. One person came in about 20 minutes behind me and was immediately taken back. This location is unable to book appointments online so I thought it was odd. After waiting for an hour, I checked with the front desk. She looked alarmed and said that they are coming to get me now. She did something on her computer and then disappeared to the back. The other patient that was taken in front of me left. I waited another 20 minutes and was finally called back. My main issue is Bedside manners with Cheryl Britts and the wait time.  I can handle the wait time, but that paired with bad bedside manners was frustrating.  I scheduled my appointment online the same day.  It was very easy and it took 5-10 minutes.  When I arrived, I almost immediately got a room after checking in.  The first woman I interacted with was awesome, I didnt catch her name unfortunately.  She was very kind and communicative, while getting me set up she was cracking jokes and talking to me.  She led me to another room after the initial overview of my blood pressure, heart rate, and ears.  Once seated in the next room, the woman told me that if I needed anything, to come get her.  But after she left, I waited about an hour and a half without seeing anyone.  When Cheryl Britts c
