The staff at the outpatient imaging is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an CT scan and the technicians there were attentive to my needs with my swollen leg. When looking at other places to have future imaging done, I will definitely return to Bon Secours in Downtown Greenville.

I am posting this review after almost 6 months of ongoing issues through patient relations and escalating the issues to top level management. What I finally received back was nothing more than an apology that the hospital and Surgical department did not meet my expectations. Therefore, I am now posting this so that all who read it will understand that you need to be very cautious, should you require surgery there. What happened to me was incorrect pre-surgical procedures that left me in severe pain with a horrible infection which lasted almost 8 weeks. The surgeon placed me on an oral antibiotic and two different types of antibiotic ointment all because someone did not know what they were doing. The hospital states that they did nothing wrong and cannot further assist me except for an apol

They will offer you a surgery but refuse to do any paperwork for flma for a caretaker. Apparently it’s super logical for them only need to take you to the surgery despite specific instructions on how I cant drive or lift anything but they dont care if their patients actually are able to do that or not. My surgery is going to have to be canceled because I have no one else to help me and I have 4 kids, I quite literally cannot take a break for as long as they want me to AND have no help. And apparently they delete reviews because this is the second one I have written about this. They may be willing to risk my life for a buck but I am not. Horrible place.

This is our hospital of choice. Everyone is kind and considerate. It doesn’t hurt that they have a brand new ER. We much prefer Bon Secour over Prisma. They seem focused on the money.

Great emergency room!! I was a patient in this ER for the first time in January, 2026. Cameron Lindler, PA was the physician assigned to me. I was a difficult case and Mr. Lindler did a great job resolving my medical problem. The ER was packed with what appeared to be folks with the flu. I was seen by a triage nurse within 5 minutes. I was seen by Mr. Lindler within a half an hour and tests ordered. Then I was moved to a formal ER room. Considering the large amount of ER patients I felt this hospital handled things well. Sorry I don't remember the name of the male nurse assigned to me but he was very professional. St Francis Hospital was an hour drive from my home but worth it.
