Debbie Boettner is the first practitioner I found that will truly listen to patients and follow-up. I love that she doesn’t throw antibiotics at everything without confirming bacterial infection. She caught chronic mono that I had seen multiple doctors for and had them suggest I was “just depressed.” She never made me feel rushed. Always attentive and available to answer questions. She is so great that I sought her out after she left the practice in riverplace and will drive all the way to Elgin or Bastrop from Austin to continue to see her.

Just found out an MRI ordered by Dr Boettner for my wife years ago for an anheurysm was not ordered correctly and the incorrect scan was performed. How she overlooked this is beyond me. It took 2 years to pay that off.
