While I was satisfied with the extractions performed by Dr. Azar, several aspects of the subsequent consultation and administrative process raise serious concerns regarding the standard of care and financial transparency at this facility. 1. Diagnostic Transparency and Accuracy During my visit, Dr. Azar recommended a crown for a natural tooth based solely on a visual inspection, without the use of X-rays to confirm the necessity of the procedure. Seeking a second opinion, I visited another provider who confirmed that the tooth in question is healthy and requires no intervention. Onsite Dental has been great, being located on Boeing’s campus has made it really simple to get there and communicate with them. Plus the fact that they guarantee accepting Boeing’s health insurance is a huge win too. I highly recommend.

The staff and doctors are so wonderful and friendly. They make me feel at home. It is very comforting to know they care. I appreciate them very much. I also enjoy the convenience and the discount. My recent experience with Invisalign and Onsite Dental was wonderful. I trust them to make all the right choices for me and my mouth. I am on my way to healthy teeth and a beautiful smile. Very friendly and patient with my difficulties with the dentist! For me X-Rays are the worst but they got me through it! They are gentle and very thorough in the examination and the cleaning was just as fabulous!

Efficiency of staff, friendly and informative if you don't really need major work and they keep doing crowns when I asked to replace all my teeth and now they messed them up, the 4 crowns don't fit and no one will try to remedy it but only redo it. again, don't pay everything up front for anything unless its complete....you dont pay jiffy lube to look to see if you need oil, and if they don't provide the service shouldn't they be responsible for not providing when the customer has paid?
