Blue Ridge Sports & Therapeutic Massage

Was in town briefly to visit after 2 solid days of driving and Bob successfully massaged the car out of me. Appointment was super easy to set up. Bob & Roo are both super nice and extremely professional - and who doesn't love beagles? Will definitely visit again on any return trips to GRV if possible. Thank you!

Ruth, who humorously refers to herself as "Roo," provides a thorough 1 1/2 hour massage that is very effective. She asked many questions before our first massage and listened carefully to my replies. She was careful to get a full picture of my health and massage needs before she began. The massage was tailored to my needs at the time. No two of the 12 massages I've had so far have been exactly the same. "Roo" is experienced and knowledgeable as well as versatile. She is also professional while being engaging. She clearly cares about her clients and takes her work seriously. And as an added bonus, she is also a hoot.

Wow! .. I came to Bob with pain on my neck and sore upper back after going back to crossfit from a 3 month period of no exercise, my traps and neck were so tight that my neck and head were hurting. The moment that Bob started the massage you could tell he knew what he was doing. This is not a regular sports massage, he is very specific as to what to do and where to put pressure, you can tell he knows about body motion and how everything is connected. I recommend Blue Ridge 100%

Visited after several years since my last visit. The broiled flounder is my favorite meal and was as good as I remembered. Their cole slaw is great too.

Ruth and Bob do a fantastic job. They are so good at what they do and they are great folks to top it off. They receive a 10 out of 10 with me.
