I have never met such an arrogant man in all my life. He will never get another dime from me. I feel for his employees.

In my opinion as a patient and a health care administrator and educator , some unprofessional office staff , not up to date on patient insurances and what is covered fully and what will be billed to insurance.Extra uncovered tests were reported to me as being covered , only to find out “after the test” , they were not so , I had to pay out of pocket.(Not including my deductible or out of pocket requirement )The equipment the doctor uses seemed old and outdated .The optometrist was very misleading with cost of lenses and frames as well as not up on office procedure regarding patient billing .Not concerned about the patients well being , very concerned about the reimbursement aspect.
