Dr Richardson is competent and professional, and her advice on skin care has really paid off. She's also a sweetheart of a person!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Richardson and she was awesome. She was very patient and listened to all the concerns I had. She was also very thorough when it came to explaining my diagnosis and why she was prescribing the medications. The office is nice and very clean! I believe the lady that took me back and asked me about my history was Josephine, and she was the sweetest! I would have given this place 5 stars but unfortunately, the front desk was not welcoming at all. I walked in and before I could even say good morning the lady said "First and last name". I just did not feel welcomed. They just seemed like they did not want to be there. Hopefully the next visit wont be like that.

I've been a patient of Dr. Richardson for almost five years. It feels like the service of the office staff has slipped in the past year that the dermotology practice has morphed into its new business name. For the past two months, I had a referral sitting in their office. Normally they call when a referral comes through from my PCP. However, that did not happen. When I called today (9/18/23) to make an appointment I was told that only my particular BCBS HMO insurance would not be accepted, despite their clearly being stated as "in network" with my insurance. I asked why, in the intervening months, they haven't asked to be removed (since this has been their practice to only refuse to see patients with this particular type of insurance-which is also the only type of BCBS insurance available

Wonderful experiences with her and her staff! They are attentive, kind, and genuinely caring people. It has been a refreshing experience being in their care. They truly go above and beyond what any other provider has ever done for me. I come to them from Waco and it is well worth the drive, they are just the best.

Dr. Richardson is the best! Highly recommend if you're looking for a solid dermatologist. She has truly helped me feel better about my skin, and she's knowledgeable and attentive. The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.
