BJC Medical Group Convenient Care at Florissant

Myself and my children have been a few times. We were seen promptly at our appointment time and were pleased with our service. I love the convenience of being seen on my lunch break.

Cheap cost, cheap care. I sure wouldn't recommend it. Went in with muffled hearing, some dizziness, earwax blockage. Check in was a mess. No big deal. The nurse that led me to the room and took vitals was very kind and professional. The doctor I saw on the other hand, just wow. She seemed very scattered and high strung. Not listening attentively to my concerns and had that typical pushy, know-all attitude. Looked in my ears and confirmed a blockage on one side, said the other side was very waxy too. She left the room. Returned and said "We're out if Debrox" (what you're supposed to use for earwax removal, as hydrogen peroxide can sometimes be too harsh, irritating, cause complications, etc - there's a science behind it) "But I did find this so we'll use it." Poor service, arrived as girl was ready to leave for break and get food. Other staff in office would not check me in said to wait for receptionist to get back. Another lady left from an exam room, said she was not waiting more than an hour to be seen.

The office was closed for lunch at the time the BJC notification told me to arrive. I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner who miss diagnosed my condition. Some of the medical history questions intended for me to complete were incorrectly answered by either the Med Assistant or Nurse. I went through unnecessary and inaccurate xray.

In and out quickly, addressed my concerns, seemed to listen well.
