Great experience during my husbands rehab stay. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made a big difference while recovering. The therapy team was excellent and very encouraging, helping my husband make great progress. Overall a warm, supportive environment with people who truly care about their patients.

Recently had such a great experience with Birch Healthcare! The staff consistency go above and beyond for their patients. We felt very comfortable from the start, the staff has been very available and communicative through my family’s time here. I am very happy with the care provided and would recommend to any other friends/family who need rehab. The food is great and there are a number of activities/trips for patients throughout the week. Thank you so much for the team at Birch for caring for my loved one!

Nothing but wonderful things about this place! My PT and OP therapists taught me alot. Food was good. Nursing staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It’s a well run facility not just for long term care.

This is an extremely initial impression based only on my mom's five days at the facility. Although there are certainly no frills or fanciness, my mom is as happy as she could be. I have visited twice and called eight times in the five days. And every nurse I have spoken with (Andrea, June, Brenda, Kelsey, ...) has been wonderful. They have displayed a great amount of concern and empathy, and have been very patient with my many calls and questions. I have never felt rushed, even though I know nurses in general are stretched extremely thin, to say the least. It is nice to know my mom is surrounded by people that care about her.

My mother went in for rehab. I stayed overnight with her because what started as rehab turned into appearing to be end of life. 11:15 at night 6/12 the people at the nurses station were loud as if it was daytime. The nurse said the pain medication which is not helping my mother wasn't due until 11 pm once he could he would give it to her. It is now 11:35 no meds. Since this review they are no longer allowing anyone to stay with our mother at night. They do not have visiting hours posted my niece was told they do not have set visiting hours. During the day my mother did have a lot of company but to stop 1 person from staying with her at night to make sure she is safe etc...I do not understand. No bed alarms or bottom rails to beds. Safety also is an issue. She is a fall risk. A lot if the s
