I always have great experience at Binyon Vision Center and this time was no exception. Lydia was extremely friendly and approachable. She took her time to examine my vision and eye health, compared with the past records, then explained everything in a way I could understand. I was able to discuss my options with her as if I were talking with a friend. And the receptionist person was also wonderful. She communicated with all the info I needed to know before the exam. Dr. Pan is SUCH a great eye doctor, and I've been going to her for years! I ALWAYS get a perfect prescription from her. And the helpful staff assisted me in getting a gorgeous set of frames with lenses for PRECISELY what my insurance would cover, so I didn't have to pay a dime, and got to use my whole benefit for the year! I'm a client for life!

I've had glasses for over a decade and my first time here was by far the best eye doctor appointment I've ever had. All of the staff I talked to was so friendly and thorough. I love how much both the doctor (Dr. LeClaire) and the person taking my eye pressure (Rory) informed me what they were doing and what it means. It felt like they both cared about my eyes, comfort, and making sure I didn't feel dumb. I also love how inviting the place felt, it was a very warm atmosphere.

After my experience with two failed attempts at progressive lenses at a different office, Dr. LeClaire gave me the prescription that work for me and Jordon paired me with the perfect frames.
