I had my first appointment at Biltmore Commons Dentistry. I was very impressed from the start of my appointment to the end. I was greeted by two receptionists, Nallely and Kayla. They were very friendly and helpful in getting me checked in. I was called back by Karina who was fantastic. She too was caring and very friendly. Shortly after that Dr Sadowski came in. I might add that I have always been terrified of dentists and would rather be anywhere but in a dentists chair. Dr Sadowski introduced himself and I immediately felt his calm and confident demeanor. He explained in great detail which I could easily understand, his treatment plans and my options. ***Update**** Once again, for my recent routine teeth cleaning appointment, I couldn't have been more satisfied, might I even say 'Giddy', regarding EVERY ASPECT, of my visit! 'Mimi' was phenomenal in her detail, professionalism and gentleness. This to the point I certainly don't dread any visit to the dentist's office! Been with Biltmore Commons over 25 years now. FANTASTIC visit as always. Staff is a combination of professional & friendly, comes natural for them. I Would encourage & advise anyone looking for a long term dentist to give them a call.

My husband and I have been coming here for several years after a dental chain caused us a LOT of issues. Biltmore Commons has been nothing but great, and amazingly we've never had even a single problem here. The staff are super helpful, and kind. The dentists are great, and I can't speak highly enough about Michelle, she's the best hygienist I've been to! I would recommend this place a thousand times over.
