I paid $100.00 each to see the doctor. Me and my baby had it for 2 weeks. After a few basic test and a drug test I didn’t get patient private anything. I got accused of testing positive for meth. I was told there reporting me to cps. Didnt get medicine. Help. Fixed! I had child services visit me. My house. My baby. Even drug test me. I was negative. Also interrogated! I don’t know what drug testing they use there or why but I got all this for trying to get my cough fixed. Do not go to this business! You’ve been warned! P.S. Big Bear Urgent Care. I went in after 2 weeks of suffering from A virus. I was quickly seen by the PA, Jessica on this occasion, she was very nice, caring, she listened to my heart and lungs, I explained my symptoms and my exposure to wild field mice and asking to be tested for hantavirus. She agreed and wrote a prescription for an antibiotic and a blood test. The visit was affordable as a self pay,. HIGH insurance deductible. I am very happy with the care I received. I wouldn't hesitate to go back when needed. The front staff seemed very helpful as well. Extremely clean office and exam rooms, masks were readily available, and kleenex on every table in the waiting area.

I’d been on Hydrochlorothiazide for about a week and just needed to check if my blood pressure was improving and get a doctor’s note so I could get back to work. The team at Big Bear Urgent Care was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, welcoming, and efficient. Ms. Jessica, the provider who saw me, was extremely helpful and caring—she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my results. My mom had a fish hook removed there in her hand. They removed it professionally and in a fast efficient manner. Everyone on staff there was super friendly and Dr. Olivia was great. This urgent care was super welcoming, we highly recommend!
