I'm a 68-year-old man and I fell down a flight of stairs 13 stairs and I had very bad shoulder pain and scrapes and bruises I was the third person in line and I had to wait for seven people to go in front of me I complain to the front desk and they said that everybody was for cardiac now that is a lie and I was told to wait my turn I could not wait any longer because of the non fairness so I walked out of your hospital very disappointed in your hospital My name is Arthur Roy thanks for your concern goodbye
