Love this amazing destination for a great massage and care! The owner Michael is an incredible human being as well as the ladies he keeps on staff. My husband and I have had a monthly "membership" here for a couple of years now and we look forward to our monthly treat every time. Their monthly membership is such a great deal, no contracts or anything sketchy like that. The free half hour if sauna with the 60 minute massage is a steak, especially when your massage therapist is AMAZING! I would highly recommend this amazing establishment over any "chain" massage place or even a crazy overpriced spa.

My husband purchased a full prenatal massage here as a Christmas gift and had my appt set up with Michael. The spa has a great atmosphere. Michael we professional, kind, and was great at his profession. I left out there with feeling great after having a great experience. I'll definitely be back.

Greatest service ever! Everyone should come down for the 60 minute massage and detox sauna session! I was warmly invited at the door with a kind and friendly greeting. While feeling out my paperwork I was offered a freshly baked cookie and cucumber water. I really enjoyed my experience and will look forward to my next visit.

Last year the lady that I did my massages moved on to another place. I found Michael with Better You Now earlier this year. First, he is empathetic, GREAT at his trade, professional, and an all around nice guy. His place has the ambiance you to come to expect from bigger spas. Like the smells, the peace, and heated beds. Working construction over 12 years, 2 minor car crashes, and very heavy weight training at the gym, my body is just all used up. Being new to Austin and now Cedar Park since May 2018, I am so lucky to find an amazing massage therapist with my 1st appointment. Michael was very wise to ask if I needed just a basic massage or a deep tissue massage. I asked him to focus on my lower back and it was great. Walked away feeling great and satisfied with time management. Will be back sooner rather than later... Bless
