Better Life Pharmacy

This pharmacy consistently overcharges despite having insurance and a co-pay. Be very weary of their business practices. The pharmacist Mina is extremely dismissive. When my daughter picked up her script she was over charged despite having a co-pay. When she called to inquire she was hung up on. I called and spoke to Mina who stated that they hung up thinking the call was ended. I explained that she was over charged and had a co-pay and he told me that this was the first time she was at the pharmacy - this was not the case and then he said she wasn’t in since 2021. Which means that this wasn’t the first time. I explained that she had insurance and has a co-pay yet she was over charged and always had a copay. He interrupted me numerous times and was very untruthful. I asked why the

I wish I could give this place a zero. Went in to get a Covid vaccine yesterday 12/30 I was told I had to make an appointment on their website which is fine. After several attempts on trying to schedule an appointment the website wouldn’t allow me (there were many open times slots) There was a very nice girl at the register who was trying to help but the Pharmacist came over and told me to go home and schedule. Why?? When I could have done it right there on my phone So I did as he told me - I went home. Got on my lab top and still the website wasn’t working. Went back to the store only to be told that the website is down. I was told try in morning it should be working by then. Hi, my name is Anastasia and I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with kind people in this pharmacy that I wanted to write one. I got expedited Covid test as well as vaccine in a matter of half an hour as it was urgent for me since I had to travel to Europe next day. Professionals at the pharmacy not only listened what are my needs but did their best to accommodate me with care & professionalism. I was genuinely impressed and humbled!

Very good service. Tests have been reliable. The Rapid RT PCR is available within 30 minutes and they send a PDF with QR code. Appointments are easy to book online and staff are friendly.

Scheduled a Covid test for my parents a day ago here. Great experience in scheduling it, testing was super quick. Only glitches were on the technical side with report results. But the staff made sure we got it well in time before travel.
