Best Care Dental

I usually have a great experience when coming to best care dental. So, I was surprised when I arrived and was told that I wasn't listed on the schedule even though my appointment was booked in March 2023. I had to wait an hour before being seeing and was on the verge of rescheduling, when they assured me that I would get the next available chair. I was frustrated with the situation, but Yolonda and Pebbles were very professional and accommodating given the circumstances. Even though I wasn't prepared to wait that long, I'm glad that I did because Julia really took my experience from a negative to a positive. She was very polite and thorough with my cleaning! I'm also appreciative of the helpful tidbits that she offered regarding ways to improve my oral care. Loydette was also very kind. W

As a new patient, I was very pleased with the Dr Harrison and his staff at Best Care Dental, the office at the Lithonia location. Jolie, Tasha and the rest of the staff was very diligent in calming my nerves and showing me there was no need to be concerned. They worked with me in taking care of all of my needs. And Dr Harrison was very kind and gentle, and a very jovial person. Just what I needed to put my mind at ease. Thank you for truly being the best.

I am happy to finally find a dental office with excellent customer service from the call to make an appointment, to the greeting when you come into the door, and during my cleaning. Dr. Harrison explained everything and assured me that everything would be ok. I even received some information about insurance and offered assistance with selecting a better plan. The office is clean, parking is free and convenient, and not a high traffic area.

I usually have a good experience when I call to schedule an appt but today was just not that day. Spoke with a Valencia who was very rushing and didn't want to answer the questions I asked. I was asking for something in the afternoon, but she kept giving me morning times. I had to let her know how rude she was. I didn't even schedule an appt. I work in healthcare field and that was just unacceptable. Thinking I should just find another dental office.

We have been patients of Best Care Dental for many years. Yolanda at the front desk is always cordial. We watched Dr Nguyen progress from hygienist to dentist. We have seen many hygienists through the years and Julei was awesome. We are glad to remain patients.
