Angel Jones was the aide that worked with my Mother for the 10 days she was there before her death. Angel's own mother chose the correct name for her daughter, because she is truly an Angel. She was so kind and compassionate, and treated my mother with such tenderness and respect. I will forever be indebted to her for the care she provided to my mother in her final day. Thank you Angel.

This nursing facility is AMAZING 🤩 I visited today with my Aunt , the Guardian, and her assistant. We all absolutely love how clean it smelled , how fast the staff reached out to a client while we were there and to beautiful, clean and safe the smoking 🚬 area is. The dinning room has a spiritual service while I was there. Tamara was so welcoming. Please do a walk through and consider this facility because they have occupational therapy too 😁

Before my friend came here for "rehab", his blood pressure, blood sugar, and the rest of his levels were perfect. Now his blood sugar is over 400, BP is sky high, and they're giving him the amount of insulin THEY want to give him, not what he usually uses!! This place is HORRIBLE!! The aides get pissed off if the resident asks for something as simple as ice water. There's no checking in on the patient!! They're not making sure that he gets to his appointments on time, cold food. He's diabetic... and he's given a sandwich saying that they're "eating light" today!! What type of BS is this??? This company needs to get rid of those "paycheck" employees and get some that understands their job and will do it with compassion!!! Oh... I'm not done!!! Talking negative to the patient!! I had a wonderful experience with Bentwood Nursing and Rehab. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The nurses, CNAs, and therapy team went above and beyond to ensure my loved one’s comfort, safety, and recovery. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a calm, home-like environment. What stood out the most was how attentive and compassionate the team was—always checking in and making sure any concerns were addressed quickly. The rehab services were excellent, and I truly believe their support made a huge difference in the healing process. A special thank you to Vanessa Stone, who showed such kindness and dedication.
