This company won't be around much longer. They have absolutely the WORST customer service in the industry. Dave Schultz (the Field Service Manager) told us that because we didn't purchase enough through them, that we weren't important enough to get a service call to our practice when we needed it. He was extremely rude to our front desk receptionist when she followed up, and when I talked to him to find out why we couldn't get a service rep, he sounded like a trembling goat. I told him that I understood that we aren't important to them, and I left it at that. A few days later, the glitter pony (Dave Schultz, Field Service Manager) got his feelings hurt, and put a hold on our account. I tried to get in touch with his supervisor, but no one calls back.
