Super professional as well as being friendly and sincerely concerned. The front desk was very welcoming and kind, and the practitioner was incredibly well informed and taught me a lot of important things about my hearing and keeping it optimal. He was also very patient with my anxieties and disabilities, which is really important for someone my age who is struggling from day to day just to get by. This visit actually made my day! So interesting and enjoyable!

Wonderful experience. Mr. Murphy has spent time with me to make sure that I am happy with my hearing aids. He has gone above and beyond and I would not get my hearing aids any place except here. Also want to say how wonderful Virginia is with scheduling and accommodating with finding times to come into the office. A positive experience all around.
