Bellin Health Urgent Care

They lied about producing a note for my son’s school. When I called to pick up the note they stated I needed to contact his primary care provider. Once I did that my provider told them urgent care is supposed to to produce the note since they seen my son. I just want them to be honest with me from the start instead of lying. I would rather give them no stars in my opinion.

I went at noon on a Tuesday and was seen fairly quickly! The staff that works there is amazing in all aspects, from the receptionist to the nurse practitioners and APs. They were super respectful and knowledgeable while also trying to get me out of there in a timely manner. I haven't had the same experience at some fastcares around the area, so I will be going here from now on for any urgent issues! They made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there, highly recommend this urgent care.

Amazing people and amazing staff after checking in. Receptionist was young & cold shouldered. She didn't seem to care what the urgency was despite this being called "urgent care". Check in of course is understandable & necessary but I literally almost bled to death while answering their check in questions. Never felt like I was being treated as urgent during check in process. Even after saying why I was there. Was just told I could take a seat. Within 10 minutes of being taken back into a room however, I was told I needed to be admitted to ICU. That's how urgent it really was.

I live in De Pere but will only go to Bellin urgent care. They are all so nice and caring. Today I sliced q big chunk of my finger off while cooking. I was seen fairly quickly. Dr Judy is soooo nice and knowledgeable. While she treated me she would teach me a bit of anatomy and why this or why that. Personally I love to learn new things so she’s a sweetheart. Highly recommend this urgent center if it is not an emergency situation for you.

The care and service I received at Bellin Health Urgent was possibly some of the worst I have ever received. I have been using Bellin health care services for almost ten years, and I have never felt so disregarded by a doctor. Monday morning, 12/28/20, I was unable to see my regular NP soon enough, so I was instructed by a nurse to go to urgent care, when I probably should have been told to call neurology instead. At this point in time I had already had a migraine for five days, so I was understandably desperate for some relief. First when I went I to check in at the front desk, nobody was able to tell me what the tier pricing was for the urgent care visits, even though come to find out they were the same as regular Bellin office visits.
