Believe Dental (formerly Special Need Dental)

Staff and dentist were so kind and welcoming! The dentist knew exactly how to get my disabled daughter comfortable with him examining her teeth! That's never happened before! By far the best place for the disabled community to get great dental care!

I am very disappointed with this dental clinic. My son has special needs, and every time we come for an appointment, we wait for almost two hours. After all that waiting, they tell us to reschedule. This is extremely frustrating, especially for children with special needs who cannot tolerate long waiting times. The office staff does not seem to understand or respect the challenges these patients face. Families with special needs children deserve better care, organization, and consideration. Unfortunately, this clinic has shown poor communication and lack of compassion toward their patients. I hope they improve their scheduling system and treat special needs patients with the respect and priority they deserve.

Dr. Medina and all staff are excellent! They are all welcoming, kind, understanding, patient, and warm. They always make us feel right at home. Special Needs parents are stressed enough! My son has gone under anesthesia in doctor Medina's office twice. I know I can completely trust Dr. Medina to be honest and only do what really needs to be done! He accepted our MCNA--the other dentist would not. I was able to get my lab vials at the Quest in Morgan's MAC if that helps parents & patients keep our excellent Dr. Medina! I’m very disappointed with our experience. We had to wait an hour and a half before my son was seen by the dentist. My son has special needs and cannot tolerate long waiting times, which makes this even more difficult for us. Unfortunately, the office did not seem considerate of our situation, and there was no proper time management. Appointments should be respected, especially for children with special needs. I hope the clinic improves their scheduling and becomes more mindful of families in similar situations.

As usual, the friendly staff at believe dental makes my son who has autism/IDD feel super comfortable. I highly recommend this location for quality care and knowledgeable staff.
