Bear MRI & Imaging Center

Received a phone call early this morning asking me could I come in earlier. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 AM. I responded yes. I arrived at 9:15 approximately 9:58 AM. I asked the receptionist who has nothing to do with this situation. She was very friendly. She was filling in for someone anyway I asked her how much longer she called the technician in the back and her answer was 20 more minutes. I asked the person that was sitting in for someone to cancel my appointment. She asked me did I want to reschedule and my answer was no I’m never coming here again. This is the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. If I could leave a zero star I would. This is a one star review .

Very nice staff and easy to get an appointment without having to wait a month. However, I got urgent imaging done and at my follow up appointment 3 weeks later, they had never sent my results over to my Dr. That was very disappointing especially for a time sensitive health concern.

I visited Bear MRI & Imaging Center for the first time today due to the place I usually go for MRI's and x-ray's not doing bilateral hip MRI's for some reason, and I can honestly say I am coming here from now on!! The waiting area is very clean and welcoming. The woman at the front desk (I'm sorry, I didn't get her name) was extremely nice and kind, and the tech Steven that did my actual MRI was the coolest guy ever. I mentioned to him that, just like many people, I'm scared to death of MRI' machines and am very claustrophobic. Steven allowed me to go into the MRI machine feet first so my head was sticking out and I didn't have the machine like 2 inches from my face. I also got to listen to any music in a set of headphones of my choice. There's nothing like chilling in a MRI machine liste

Bear MRI and Imaging is truly top notch for services. From my first contact via phone to my experience in office for my MRI, nothing but professionalism and respect. The receptionist, I believe her name starts with a V to Mr Steven who was my MRI technician greeted me with charm and personality. Both were super friendly and helpful. Steven really calmed me and made my experience wonderful. He really gave that personal attention that ensured me that I chose the right place. The office itself was calming. The big beautiful fish tank and clean office added to the positive experience. Ten golden stars for Bear MRI and Imaging!!! Thank you for your service!!!

Staff were awesome. The ladies on the phone were very friendly and helpful getting my script updated before I came so I didn't have to come back twice. Stephen had lots of patience. I had some anxiety and he handled it well. He is gentle, kind, and has a great sense of humor which helped me relax. Thanks for a great experience! Update: Went back for another visit and Vianey and JR were just as pleasant . Thank you for an easy and fast appointment.
