Kara is really good with cupping and fascial work. I always feel great after seeing them. They are a cyclists and it's great to get care from someone who understands bike riding and what it does to your body. Highly recommend to any sore cyclists out there

Kara is a gift to us all! Kara rides that sweet spot, combining advanced structural knowledge, deep relaxation tools, self-care techniques and stretching, and therapeutic use of cups, hot stones, and other tools. They are communicative, curious, and caring. I have been receiving bodywork from Kara/Beadle Bodywork since 2019. As a Licensed Massage Therapist myself, I am glad to have someone so knowledgeable and kind.

Kara is very professional and made me feel at ease. I have a hip injury that causes some chronic pain, and they made sure to work with me to not aggravate the area. The massage was amazing and Kara was able to adjust pressure when I asked. My back and hip feel so much relief. Highly recommend!

Kara is by far the best massage therapist. The massage was relaxing and therapeutic. I am in my mid 50's and injured myself in September 2022. In March 2023 I was in the Seattle area and got a massage from Kara who focused on my injury. After the massage my hip no longer hurt. It is now April and I do not have any pain where my injury was. I have gone to Kara in the past and had an equally wonderful experience.

Kara is an absolute dream. Not only are they just one of the the kindest humans I know, they are an incredible talented massage therapist! As a dancer, and Pilates instructor I’m very aware of what I need and can be picky with who I go see in terms of body work. And Kara has been THE go to for me!
