Yesterday I had the worst dental cleaning experience here. The dentist told me that they had an urgent problem. In order to do it as quick as possible, the dentist treated me as if I had no feelings and didn’t care how much pain I was. The whole tooth cleaning process was completed within 15 minutes. My mouth was full of blood after it. And the dentist told me to take pain killer after that. Today, I had another apt of exam. I was brought to the exam room, and waited for almost an hour, the dentist didn’t show up. They are wasting my time! This is the worse dental clinic I have ever had.

Absolutely the best dental office I've found. The staff really care about the people they're serving and take every precaution, get to know you, and LISTEN to you if you are in pain or have problems. The Drs are lightning fast at the work they need to do, and extremely accurate. I'm blown away by their talent, finesse, and empathy. They also do nitrous for kids and (traumatized adults), which is difficult to find! Check if they're in network for you TODAY and get in to see them!

I just had a great experience getting a crown. I was very nervous, have put this off for over a year but it was an A+ experience. Erick and Lisa took great care of me. Dr. Nguyen was communicative and explained everything to me, which I really appreciated. Would recommend to a friend, 10/10.

I just came out of my appointment and had to hop on here to say WOW. The ladies here are so kind,fun,informative and thoughtful! I haven't been to the dentist in awhile and they were patient with me as I caught up to all the new tech. I can't wait for my next appointment 😊 Thank you Beacon Hill Dental Associates!!

I went for my first appointment yesterday and loved the experience. The staff is friendly, thorough, and efficient. I left feeling good about teeth and with a plan for minor improvements. And I happily booked an appointment for six months later. For someone that usually dreads and puts off the dentist, that's saying a lot! I'm thrilled that I found this office. 10/10 would recommend.
