Patricia is highly educated on modern practices and kinesiology and goes to conferences to stay up to date.

Finding Patricia Hopper of Be Fluid Bodywork has been life changing for me. I had a herniated disc 10 years ago, and I have struggled with muscle pain and restricted movement since then. I was unable to do many things I loved, such as dance, play racket sports and go on long trips. Since working with Patricia, I have felt a dramatic qualitative change in how I feel and move. I can walk, bend, twist and reach for things with more ease. I feel lighter and younger. I have worked with Patricia for Somatics courses and for massage. She is incredibly skilled ... extremely knowledgeable about the body and intuitive as to which areas to treat to reduce pain or stress. Frequently the pain is not in the same location as the source of the problem, but Patricia always knows what will help. Highly recommend her!

Patricia is a master at her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is present, she is listening to your unique body language, she is highly skilled and helping the body to release its tension and pain. I have multiple sclerosis and live with a large amount of spasticity, dizziness and neuropathy. I arrived to my session having a very bad day of symptoms and I left feeling complete relief. She knew exactly how to connect to my nervous system and help it to settle. Her space is safe and sound and lovely. Her energy is grounded and bright. A unique and beautiful experience.
