Best hospital experience ever. I absolutely hate needles but needed stitches and was really nervous about it. Dr. Rogers and the nurse Cheryl were phenomenal!!!! Kind, attentive, FAST, funny and my stitches look wonderful! Everyone should go here, I would drive from a ridiculous distance if I ever need a hospital visit again. Thank you!!!!

BSW Brenham did a great job of taking care of my 93 year old dad when his lungs were filling with fluid. They did everything they could to help him despite his fighting the treatments that would stabilize him. Everyone there were on top of their game and I never felt like my dad was missing any care. When he refused the treatments that would prolong his life I transferred him back to Kruse Village Nursing home and called in Acara Hospice.

The hospital staff seems to really care about your needs. However, the billing for this hospital is insane. For less than 2 hours in the E.R. and a 10 hour stay in a room along with minor imagining for broken ribs cost almost $12,000.00. Billing for oxygen which was never used, billing over $640.00 for 3 minutes of demonstrating how to breath into a plastic device and $4000.00 just to be in the E.R. for less than 2 hours.There was absolutely no follow-up care required. Billing like this should be criminal. Just my opinion :(

Friendly doctor but unfortunately, the staff was not very good at communication. They had my email wrong despite me spelling it out on the new patient form and verbally to the receptionist so I couldn't log onto their system to get results or billing information. Calling back to get results of standard tests was a challenge because the receptionist answering my returned call first told me there were no results, then had a very difficult time finding me in the system even though I was there 24 hours previously. My physical exam didn't include things like flexibility and only included height, weight, pulse, O2 level, and blood pressure. They also stopped using my insurance AFTER I had my exam and already scheduled a follow-up procedure but didn't inform me. I found out after receiving the fu

BEWARE!!! These people gave my newborn grandson the Heb B shot WITHOUT consent! The parents voiced their choice to the hospital on multiple occasions. There was NO consent form signed to give the hospital permission to give the shot. The baby came back into the room and had a bandaid on his leg and that's how we found out he had been vaccinated. I confronted the nurse about it and she basically said "oops". They then sneakily had a consent form signed the next day, tricking the parents into thinking they HAD to sign the form after the fact (so the hospital couldn't get sued). Deplorable behavior by people you're supposed to trust with your life and your child's life. This place should be shut down! Who knows what else they've done behind closed doors.
