Dr. Mahavadi took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment protocol in a way that was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. I really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable she was throughout the entire visit. The dental assistants, especially Izzy and Lisa, were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Their care and professionalism did not go unnoticed. A special thank you to Karina, the office manager, who made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed well organized. I recently had an appointment at this location and left feeling uncomfortable. I waited about 20–30 minutes past my scheduled time which is fine, but it could have been communicated. While others who arrived after me were called back first, with no communication about the delay. The dental assistant and hygienist(Danielle) were kind and professional, and I appreciated their care. However, my interaction with the dentist and front desk staff felt noticeably less warm compared to other patients. The tone during my exam felt critical rather than supportive from Dr Mahavadi I believe every patient deserves the same level of respect and professionalism.
