Integrity Urgent Care

Was seen in timely fashion with short wait. Front staff so kind helping us with forms, medicare, etc. We were able to get both of us seen, separate office visit of course as he was found to have the flu and I had mild symptoms at the time. All professional and we really were pleased.

Friendly staff and nice facility. The waiting room was spacious and clean. My kiddo loved the books. I wished the wait was a bit shorter, but what walk-in doctors visit is speedy? The NP that visited with me listened and gave some good information/support.

This was my first real urgent care experience. I’ve always been scared to go because of horror stories I’d heard about wait times, etc. Well my little one started running a high fever on a Saturday so I bit the bullet and took him to Integrity Urgent Care. They far exceeded my expectations. We were in and out in less than an hour with a diagnosis and meds called into pharmacy. Everything was clean and well kept. Highly recommend this facility!

The experience was overall really good considering that the reason you go to a clinic like this and not your doctor's office is because no one else is available. Which in itself gives them extra points just for being there. But everybody was professional and friendly. I made some suggestions on correcting their application process when you first come in because it wouldn't let you crop your insurance card once you have photographed it, even though it asked you to do so. This left the photograph of your insurance card unusable. But once we got around that the experience was top-notch. The physicians is assistant that I saw, I'm sorry I didn't get her name because I felt so bad at the time that I was there. But she was wonderful! So professional! So quick in her diagnosis. Let me tell you about my experience. When I got there they were rude. The PA wasn’t very helpful and it’s a constant struggle to speak to anyone or get your x rays. Being put on the phone and nobody comes back. Go somewhere else where the customer service is good, they are caring and decent to people that are hurt or sick.
