I’ve been a customer of HEB Pharmacy for nearly 7 years. I take several prescriptions so I visit them often. I’ve ALWAYS had an excellent experience!! The staff are super hardworking and accommodating. They are great about handling any issues, answering questions, and working with you on insurance. The turnaround time for prescriptions is amazing, usually just a few hours. Any time I’ve asked questions about my medications they are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always do an awesome job!

The staff is very friendly and remembers me and my family. The wait time is never long. The manager, Amber is very helpful. When I first moved to Brenham i used another pharmacy, the staff was not knowledgeable, and getting my medicine was chaotic. That is why I changed to HEB Pharmacy and never looked back.

Great staff! They are friendly, professional, courteous and efficient, particularly Fannie. The pharmacy has handled all of our immunizations as well as prescriptions. We would not use anyone else.
