Tiffany and Geron in the MRI department were the greatest. I had an appointment the week prior at another facility and it was unsuccessful, but at Bartow Tiffany and Geron accommodated me and made me comfortable so I could complete the exam and within 15 minutes my doctor had the results and I was off to the Emergency Room to get admitted for Surgery. My experience here was so mixed. I received great care from all the supporting staff. The nurses who did my vitals and blood work were very kind and informative. The ultrasound tech was so nice and very gentle. However my provider Katrena Flowers was incredibly dismissive and uncooperative. She literally told me I'm having a miscarriage and then sent me home. No compassion whatsoever, she didn't explain anything to me. Not how she came to the diagnosis, not what I can expect to happen in the coming days, not how to care for myself after leaving, no options of anything pertaining to my care. I literally was dehumanized during this very negligible experience, she acted as though she was in a rush to tend anyone but me... it was the worst medical experience I've ever had with a doctor. Ann was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am paralyzed and require a Hoyer to get in and out of my wheelchair, which is why the imaging couldn't be done outside of the hospital. She was very accommodating and was actually able to complete the study in my wheelchair. She went above and beyond and I just wanted to say thank you for being so helpful.

I went to this hospital to get surgery done. I was a tad bit nervous because I realized it was actually happening, but my techs and nurses were so amazing and so super sweet. Thank you to Kaylee, Yano, Mike, Lori, Jennifer, Althea, Patricia, and the other doctors and nurses on my team! They all gave me a good understanding of what to expect and in the order to expect then so I wasn’t nervous anymore. I trusted God to lead and guid them through the surgery and I trusted them to do the surgery efficiently and that’s exactly what they did. They joked and laughed with me which helped me also feel calm. I knew everything would be ok. They took me back and I don’t even remember what happened after that. I'm not the best at following through to do Google Reviews. However, after at least 4 recent visits to have follow-up surgical procedures, I knew it was time to give sincere praise! The entire team involved in my son's care was par excellence. I don't think I have ever experienced better and more professional care than those at the Baycare Bartow Hospital. Our sincere thanks.
