Bartell Drugs

It's no longer our beloved Bartells but now a CVS. They were lacking in Christmas wrapping paper and ribbon or festive containers for cookies. I was very disappointed. The store is not laid out well to easily find some products. I miss Bartells carrying local products such as Fran's chocolates and other items. We love to support local products and businesses. Do better.

The pharmacy staff willingly admit to ignoring calls because they are short staffed, so you have to go in person to get simple questions answered. The level of dysfunction in this store is unbelievable and has been getting worse over the years. Staff are quitting faster than they can hire anyone, the shelves sit empty, and it amazes me that they are allowed to remain open in this state. If you have a choice, don’t go here. Lately the pharmacy staff have developed rather nasty attitudes, making an already unpleasant experience worse.

I am unsure why this Bartel’s is so empty and still open? A local drug store with barely any items is frustrating.

Don’t bother. Location has been going downhill for years. Now that they’re shuttering, it seems like they don’t even care about making sure prescriptions get filled or following up on problems. I’ve never been so happy to see a business go under, and I’d avoid using a pharmacy in the future if I found out they hired anyone that used to work here.

We were coming in from out of town to help my mother and needed to check if her prescription was ready. They absolutely refuse to answer their phones. We waited on hold for an hour with no response. All we needed to know is if they had her prescription, before we drove over an hour to pick it up. Due absolutely no customer service at this location, we had the hospital resend her prescription to a different (not a Bartell) location.
