Baptist Health Walker Hospital

So thankful for the nurse who did my I.V. she was so sweet. I'm a hard stick, but she did an excellent job. My shoulder was dislocated and the physician did an excellent job in explaining what had to be done to snap my shoulder back in place. Thankful for the entire staff. They made me feel comfortable assured me that everything was going to be alright. And all went well. Grateful 🙏

Totally disappointed. Left message that I desperately needed to talk to someone on whether or not I should take my mom to the ER. Two messages 10 and 10:30 am. At 4 pm I went by the office to find out why I never got a callback. The 5 girls in the office were huddled together having social time. The response was that they had texted the dr and waiting to hear back. The dr was in the office. After I let them know that my mother was in the ER and having surgery. I got a call 30 minutes later from the office asking what seems to be the problem…acted as if I had not come by the office. Are you kidding me? I have contacted the office manager and will be filing a complaint. The office staff there are totally unprofessional.

I came to the ER with some breathing problems. I can honestly say I have never been treated better at any hospital. I went from the front desk into a room, had an IV ran, medicine given, all within 20 minutes. The nurses and doctors were amazing!! Highly efficient and educated. I will say that the staff at intake....they were not so friendly or welcoming. They could use some training or perhaps be reprimanded. All in all, best experience I've ever had.

My visit was fast and friendly. From Information desk in lobby, nice lady gave me directions, Registration went fast and I enjoyed talking with the lady who handled the paperwork. The technician who did my test made it fast and painless. No waiting and I was just a walkin

Ive had bad experiences in the past and have heard tons of bad experiences before but I will say this time from the moment I arrived at the emergency room, had to have emergency surgery, until the moment I got discharged from the hospital, I couldn't have asked for better care. Every single person showed a great deal of concern and care and im so very thankful for everything they did for me. I dont remember her name but im going to look it up, but the physicians assistant that helped me in the er was absolutely amazing, she showed me such care, literally everyone was amazing. I was able to eat a great meal before going home as well.
