Baptist Health Urgent Care - Richmond

I just moved to Richmond and needed to be seen by a doctor. I saw some reviews on the lower side, but I have to say this whole visit was perfect. From check in to leaving. Every question was answered and all of my needs met. The waiting room was quiet busy, but they rolled through everyone in a great time frame. All together it was around an hour and a half for myself. My issue was not severe, otherwise it may have been a bit faster. Even still, compared to the amount of people, it was all done in a great time frame.

Our visit to Baptist Health Care was necessary due to a fall that resulted in a fractured fibula. It was an exceptional experience that included X-rays and evaluation by the professional and relatable physician. I only have great things to say about every aspect of our visit and follow-up! The staff members were qualified in their care-giving roles and kind and relatable in their interactions. The entire process exceeded any expectations we could have had!! I am grateful to have this opportunity to share how outstanding and comfortable our experience turned out to be.

Came in today with my ughh sickness. I love it from the start to end. Not alot of wait time. got check in fast got called in fast. Got in and out quick and all my sick med is ready to be pick up to go. I love this clinic thank you for makeing it easy for me since I'm sick u guys are the stars ✨

I've never been this sick & had such a great visit 2 Urgent Care but my Dr. Paul Smith was AMAZING. Professional 4sure but Funny & Attentive.
