Upon entering the clinic, I felt as if a Mack truck had run over me—chills, headache, full-body aches, and a foggy feeling. Despite how I felt, I checked in. The receptionist was phenomenal. When an incorrect code on my phone locked me out of the patient portal, she immediately stepped in, took my insurance card and driver’s license, entered my information into the EHR, and offered for me to wait in my car. She assured me she would text and call when it was time to come back in—and she followed through exactly as promised. That small detail meant a lot. The assistant to the APRN then escorted me to the exam room. She took my blood pressure and weight, offered me water, and performed strep, COVID, and flu tests. Honestly, this place is pretty good. The provider made a mistake owning up to it and call me back in. That is true healthcare because everybody makes Mistakes. But some go unnoticed and then People’s pride getting in the way of the care. The visit itself was pretty brief The nurses and things was nice And professional.

Awesome experience!!! I appreciate how they worked their walk-in system and they got right to the business once you get to a room. The test results didn’t take long to return. The treatment plan was explained in detail and I was off to the pharmacy for my meds. All staff members were kind, concerned, and caring. I was in and out and on my way to recovery but n no time. .

I had an appointment at 7 o'clock, but they didn't show up until 8:20. They locked us in the examination room with overflowing trash cans, which was very unsanitary.

Would leave 0 starts if I could. Went into this "urgent" care 30 minutes before close to be told that my visibly injured 6 year old son would not be seen because they were understaffed. Nothing online said patients wouldn't be seen. I've never seen anything like it. What a horrible excuse for "health care." Avoid. Avoid. If this is how they treat crying, hurt children, imagine how they would treat you.
