Baptist Health Medical Towers Gift Shop and Pharmacy

I walked in and was not acknowledged for almost 5 minutes. SEVERAL PEOPLE working behind the desk, one women specifically at the register. She was writing something and didn’t look up until I said, “Hello. Just want to be acknowledged.” She gave a half smile, still didn’t speak, and went back to what she was doing. Not even sure why my doctor sent my prescription over here but will most definitely be telling him please don’t do that again. I have a pharmacy and this isn’t it.

Spoke to a lady Julianne and she was the kindest person. Very patient and polite and helped us make sure we were able to get the medicine my grandmother needs. Highly recommended this pharmacy to anyone.

Great staff. Good selection of gifts and cards. Prices are a little high. The pharmacy staff are MOST helpful and having a retail pharmacy at the hospital is super-convenient. I know they offer some in-building delivery, but I don't know about delivery otherwise.

The only thing I don't like about this is they put all the mask out all together. So while the others in front of you may be sick, they've just put their germs on them mask. I ended up with the flu after being here.
