Visited on January 15. The doctor was great—knowledgeable and kind, no issues there. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse was the opposite. She came across as cold and dismissive and made me feel like I was a burden, even during a brief moment when I needed to look up my pharmacy’s address. Patients can hear staff conversations when the door is closed, which made the interaction feel even more uncomfortable. I hope the office can remind staff how much kindness and professionalism matter, as it truly affects patient comfort. Thank you.

It was excellent as always. The people are very kind and welcoming. They are efficient and helpful and caring. The nurse practitioners and PAs really listen to you and try to fit your needs with what makes sense there is no problem getting in and there’s never a wait.

Clean facility. Excellent communication. Wonderful care. We had an afternoon weekday appointment. We walked inside, filled out the forms, waited in the lobby, seen by the attending physician, spoke about our care needs, received a doctor's note and script in hand, all in about 45 minutes. Never once did we feel rushed. Very efficient. I was very impressed.

It was easy to make an online appointment. I was ushered to a room five minutes after completing my paperwork and evaluated promptly by the healthcare providers. All the staff was friendly and competent. The facility appeared to be very clean.

We had a great experience at this urgent care clinic! Unfortunately, while on vacation, multiple family members had to be seen for illnesses. From making the appointment, check-in, and seeing the providers we felt cared for. The whole process was efficient and our medical needs were met.
