⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We brought Marissa in and the team treated her like a person, not a number. They listened, showed real patience, and explained everything clearly. When someone you care about isn’t feeling well, that kind of compassion means a lot. Thank you for all of you for showing up with professionalism and heart. A special thank you to Juanita — she was absolutely wonderful. Her kindness and care stood out, and honestly she deserves a medal or a bonus for the way she treats people.

The front office representatives were very welcoming, polite, and nice. The medical assistant was very short and not very friendly. Nobody asked about my medical history (eg. Diabetes, Hypertension, etc). The physician that saw me was not friendly and seemed to be rushing me as well. As I don’t expect everyone to be friendly, please least give a little bit of cordial energy. Trust me, I did not want to be sick to the point of having to use Urgent Care, but I needed medical care unfortunately.

My appointment with the doctor and medical assistant was outstanding but the office staff was not very welcoming. The lady was here fill this out and bring back ID and insurance which is typical and expected but her welcoming was not very friendly. Maybe it was a bad day I don’t know and this is unusual for banner urgent care. There was only one person ahead of me and I was in the back quickly. The Medical Assistant and the Doctor were friendly professional all around and so was the radiology tec.

I used this urgent care thinking I might get stitch’s but after about 15 minutes I was taken back and a very pleasant provider told me the cut from catching my toe on a cotton rug. (I didn’t fall but caught my toe under a rug in the bathroom.) was broken in more than one place and that wound needs cleaned out. Ask which Emergency Room did I want to go to? I told her we usually get our care at St Joe’s. She called the ED at St Joe’s. But to not her fault I waited 4 hours in the ED at St Joe’s which apparently had an over flow number of people coming to the ED. I finally sent my wife home. Seemed like several people with the flu like symptoms. BTW I was admitted and had surgery the next day. I was giving IV and antibiotics and now have a pin through my toe. One passed the ED I feel I was

I am giving this location one star due to the condition of the lobby and common areas, which were visibly dirty. Additionally, my experience with the front desk receptionist was very disappointing. She was unwelcoming, rude, and lacked basic customer service skills. I was incorrectly told that my copay was $80 because my visit was supposedly classified differently. Since this didn’t sound right, I had to call my insurance myself to confirm. It turned out that my information had not been properly entered into the system, and I was being charged the wrong copay. This took an additional 15 minutes of my time, which was frustrating, especially since I was not feeling well. On a positive note, the medical care was excellent. The doctor was amazing and took care of me promptly and professional
