I had a great experience at Banner Urgent care. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I didn’t have to wait long. The doctors were kind, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. The place was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend it!

Unpleasant front desk staff. Excruciating experiences on the back end trying to contact their billing department for being overcharged at the point of service. I regret coming here. The headache of dealing with their 800 numbers to get help is worse than the reason I went to the urgent care to be seen in the first place.

I had the best experience with my care i was tended to by a great team all of my questions where answered the care that was provided was exceptional I didn't feel like just another sick person I most importantly didn't feel rush and for that I'm grateful I had a follow up and it was informative I can't thank the staff or my provider enough.

If anyone ever asks me if I can recommend a good urgent care, this one will be the first place I recommend. everyone that I interacted with was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help. The front desk staff was pleasant, the person who took me back to the exam room was very pleasant, and the doctor was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. When my visit was over, I was given paperwork with a lot of helpful information on how to manage my medical conditions.
